Grace Church offers Sunday School classes for both children and adults.

Children’s Education

Grace Church is blessed to have a comprehensive Children’s Sunday school for children age two through 12th Grade. Each class is taught by two adult members of Grace Church, and all of our classes, except for the Senior High class, use the curriculum from Great Commission Publications. This is a Reformed curriculum that brings God’s Word to younger ears and appropriately tailors each lesson to the different age groups.

In our eight Sunday school classes (Toddler’s, Preschool, Younger Elementary, Middle Elementary, Upper Elementary, Junior High, Middle High, and Senior High) we have been encouraged to see our children studying God’s Word, learning of His great gift of salvation, and discovering how to live as Christ’s disciples. Children are also encouraged to memorize scripture and the Children’s Catechism. By God’s grace, we are also seeing our children grow as disciples by developing a biblical worldview and understanding more and more of what Christ did for them.

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our Sunday school program. We would love to have you, and your children, visit us!

Adult Education

Grace Presbyterian Church offers Christian education for adults, and usually offers three adult classes each week.  The core curriculum is a four-year series that studies the Bible, church history, issues of faith and life, and the Westminster Confession of Faith.  Our hope is that over four years members will be able to absorb a wide-range of biblical, historical, practical, and theological instruction.

In addition to these core courses, we also offer a variety of electives, ranging in accessibility from Christianity Explored to John Owen’s insights on communion with God.  Electives are taught in a variety of formats, including lecture, discussion, and guided readings.  Planned electives include topics like Great Christian Dialogues, Counterfeit Gods, and Gospel-Powered Parenting.

Classes are usually taught by a pastor, elder, or seminarian, and cover a wide range of topics. Please join us at 10:15 a.m. for Adult Sunday School. Our ushers will be happy to answer your questions and direct you to a class.
