In the spring and autumn it can be a pleasant walk from the metro station to our church. Take advantage of the paved W&OD pedestrian and bike trail, a shortcut from Gallows Road to Cedar Lane.
Walking directions: (1) Turn left out of the metro station and walk down Gallows Road for approximately half a mile. (2) Turn left on the well-marked trail and walk for another half mile. (3) When you reach Cedar Lane, you’ll see the church on the left, adjacent to the trail.

Travelers
The Bible tells Christians to care for and welcome people they don’t know, including travelers. Located near the edge of a large city with its tourist attractions and business and government communities, Grace Presbyterian Church sees many visitors each month. We welcome travelers, and if you’re visiting the DC area and would like a ride from the metro station, please let us know.
Grace is easily reached on the Orange Line. The closest station is Dunn Loring – Merrifield. Please contact the church Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to arrange a ride from the station, which is a little more than a mile from the church.
If you would prefer to join a family for a meal rather than returning to your hotel, please mention that too. Our families enjoy offering hospitality to visitors.
