Youth Group

Youth Group at Grace Church is a place where students in grades 7-12 come together for teaching, fun, service, and fellowship.  We have some big ideas that are important for Grace Youth Group:

1. Youth Group is a place where you are Welcome – you’re part of a loving, caring family based in the fellowship we have as brothers and sisters in Christ.
2. Youth Group is a Gospel-Centered place – a place where you will encounter and experience God in a powerful way.
3. Youth Group is a Safe place – a place where you can be known, loved, and cared for.
4. Youth Group is a Joyful place – there is joy that comes from knowing Christ.  We want you to have fun being here.

From September through May, Youth Group meets regularly on first and third Friday of each month from 7-9 pm (with some exceptions as scheduled).  Friday night meetings are usually held at the church and are sometimes held in various homes.  In addition to Friday night meetings, we get together for social events and service activities about once per month.  As schedule permits, we also go on mission trips, retreats, and other fun activities.

Youth Group is part of the larger body of Christ at Grace – it’s not just a group off to itself.  Parents are always welcome at Youth Group meetings and activities, and service activities are selected to reach out and serve the broader church and the community.  Come as you’re able for Friday night meetings and other activities – we all have busy schedules, and we don’t take attendance!  Please come visit Grace Youth Group – we’d love to see you there.
